Talk With Your Realtor

Thinking of selling your home? We recommend you speak with your realtor to discuss your motivations for moving and timeline. Your realtor will give you any maintenance tips and touch-up recommendations prior to listing. At this time, we will also pull the title and ask you to provide a copy of the Real Property Report

Talk With Your Mortgage Broker

Now that you've had an open and candid conversation with your realtor, it's time to inquire with your mortgage broker about your mortgage - if it lines up with your term, great! If not, we need to establish how much it will cost to break your mortgage term, how much equity you have in your home, and how much is owing. If you are buying new property, discuss any employment or life changes that may influence what you are approved for.

Prepare House

Prior to photos being taken, now is the time to deep clean, de-clutter, de-personalize, make minor repairs, and consider staging to ensure your home shows the absolute best it can! This part has a massive impact on the successful sale of your home!

Establish List Price

Once your house is refreshed, your realtor will come back prepared with a Comparative Market Analysis and together, you can now establish a list price that reflects the condition of the house.

Professional photography is paramount to the success of your home sale.
